This logistically challenging project called for the replacement of all carpeting on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building at the same time as a major workstation reconfiguration, to reduce the number from 123 to 101, on both floors.

The Crew Office Services began tear down and removal of the workstations right on the heels of the movers and were completed by 10pm Friday.

The execution had to happen while full time staff still worked in the space.
Tight timelines: Phase 1: 2 weeks, and Phase 2: 1 week.

A detailed, phased plan was developed to densify unoccupied cubicles in order to clear a section for carpet replacement and reconfiguration.
At 3pm on a Friday, the efficient Chase teams arrived to clear and move the workstations to temporary locations, and were done by 10 pm. Carpets were installed over the weekend, and then Chase returned to reconfigure the new workstations.

“Working with Chase is always a great pleasure.
The extra effort that goes in to meeting our challenges is much appreciated”
