THE PROJECT

TCC was responsible for sourcing multiple quotes for this 500 workstation- 2-floor furniture project. Sophos moved from a multiple floor building into a smaller space. Chase competed with many competitors selling similar lines. After a lot of back and forth, we were awarded the project because we met their budget, stayed responsive, and showed them value by showing where it was important to invest and where to save money. Chase showed value add by coming in post installation to show the employees how to sit comfortably and how to use their new workstations.

THE CHALLENGE

Moving into a smaller office, meeting a tight budget, competing with many dealerships, relying on Chase for design .

THE RESULT

Over a period of 6 months, we worked closely with TCC, Sophos, and Teknion to identify and coordinate furniture from one manufacture. Sophos is working with Chase on future projects and opportunities.

A comprehensive project schedule was created to manage the complexity of the installation, once the layouts were finalized and finishes chosen. And we were onsite to efficiently coordinate every delivery and installation, side by side with our installers while working with other trades at the same time.
A big thank you to our Project Managers and our sales assistant for making this installation a smooth process.
