Chase Office Interiors has been an integral part of my team over that last three years, to the point where I don’t actually consider them an external vendor just an extension on the greater team that helps these buildings run. Best Buy Canada Headquarters operates two buildings with almost 250,000 square feet of office area. With any building of this size we are always looking for ways to save money and create more usable space and Chase has certainly met that challenge.

Whenever you are impacting employee workspace there is a certain sensitivity that is needed and an attention to detail, Chase staff has always proven to be professional, responsive and delivers the project on time and within budget. We have worked on projects where we relocated more than 150 people over a weekend, we have lifted and pivoted furniture sections to replace the carpet underneath, we have customized office suites to satisfy senior executives; the list really just goes on and on. That is the great thing about working with the Chase teams, no project is too big or too small; it all gets done.

The office staff is also very easy to deal with, they know my inventory and the chairs that I prefer to order, they deal with the very few complaints we have about product quality in an efficient manner and always to my satisfaction. My calls and requests are always dealt with in a professional manner and customer service is excellent.

I have referred Chase Office Interiors to other facilities managers in my network and will continue to do so in the future as this is a company that is a pleasure to work with.
